KOLL CONTEST RULES

1. Eligibility Restrictions:

1. KOLL contests are open to all KOLL listeners, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of KOLL, Archway Broadcasting, its corporate licensees, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, its affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Little Rock metropolitan area and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
2. Listeners are eligible to win a KOLL Contest only once within a 30-day period. Only one winner per household is permitted in any KOLL contest.
3. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.

2. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted.

Selection of winners:

1. Decisions of KOLL management, with respect to KOLL contests, are final.
2. Conditions:

1. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.
2. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of any prize.
3. Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600.00 or greater. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold KOLL, its corporate licensee, parent corporation and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest.

3. KOLL reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, which will become effective upon announcement. KOLL is not responsible for any technical problems, telephone malfunctions or the caller's inability to get through the phone lines.
4. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.
5. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.
